Once you have decided to book with Diva Ski please complete an enquiry form, ensuring you have completed all the compulsory fields before submitting it. We will get back to you within 24 hours by email or by phone, whichever you prefer. A booking form will be sent to you with a copy of our terms and conditions by email or by post. Confirmation of a booking will require a 30% deposit with the signed and completed booking form. Once you have confirmed your trip via the booking form with the 30% deposit we will issue a confirmation invoice setting out the holiday details and price. A contract will exist when we issue the confirmation invoice. At this point we will also send you a Diva Ski Essential List – with information about airport transfers, ski schools, equipment hire and ski passes and other useful tips that you might like our help on. We will also send some helpful information about what you might need to pack, and what else you can do in Verbier. For instance, we can organise activities such as spa trips, yoga and pilates sessions, massages, beauty treatments well ahead of your flight out. You may pay by cheque or bank transfer. If payment is not received according to the above conditions then the booking automatically lapses. The balance becomes due 8 weeks prior to departure unless advised otherwise at the time of booking. In the event of bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, payment must be made in full. For group bookings we require payment from one member on behalf of the group.
